Weather was cold and crisp. We re-sited the fire-pit and continued with the hedge laying. The fire took a while to sort out and delayed us, then, just as it got going, we had a visit by the firemen who were attending a house-fire nearby, to see what we were up to.
We decided at this point, not to load the fire any further so cut and stacked the branches for the next group (................which, according to Tim R, may be us again in March). Before photo at top, after after...
